Personally, I think the protests are certainly bad in the middle of a pandemic, and I wish political and public health officials were more emphatic about the risks.

Yes, it was outdoors and many were wearing masks, and most were young people, but if you went out, you really ought to isolate afterwards.

All that being said, conservatives griping about the viral risks of the protests ring really hollow considering the dudes with long guns (and no masks) rioting to get haircuts and go to Lowes only a couple weeks before.
