Per today's LA Times tracker Santa Clara is now failing the Governor's "Roadmap to Recovery" scorecard.
One of the metrics is, "Less than 25 cases per 100,000 population in the last 14 days" and Santa Clara is now standing at 26.7. Santa Clara had been the most populace county to fully meet the Roadmap standards.
Not good.
