Ok. Great. He was also in an impeachment trial. Might have been better for Pelosi and Schumer to be hammering home the coming wave. And warning people. 

While I get your point, Trump was non-responsive to the impeachment trial.  He didn't testify. He didn't answer questions. He didn't allow anyone in the administration to testify.  And his Republican colleagues shielded him from having any witnesses at all called.  His acquittal was a foregone conclusion. So, the guy should have been able to walk and chew gum at the same time. Plus, it's not like there wasn't any precedent for a President getting impeached.  Maybe he should have learned something.
