All of these analogies to WWII strike me as rather silly. The enemies in WWII were foreign (except, of course, for the persons that everyone unified to put in interment camps). The enemies in the current COVID-19 situation— at least the enemies perceived by most of the folks on this Board, as far as I can tell from the language and names used to describe them — are other Americans who aren’t doing all the things that folks on the Board think they should be doing.
