It is not a randomized study, although I will note that typically the biases (confounding by indication) work against the intervention.  One would still put more stock in a randomized trial, but thanks for sharing.

I will just add that it's being posted as a political argument to say that this is proof Trump was right all along. It's forever tied to Trump, for better or worse. And everything only has value in relation to whether it makes Trump look good or bad.
