Yes. They're four of the top 6 counties in California in terms of median family income, which presumably allows everyone to weather the economic shutdown more easily, have other people deliver food to them, work remotely more easily, and otherwise continue their lives with much less disruption than elsewhere in the State.
That's one pattern, at least.
