I was signing up for a COVID test online, and their metrics seemed to point to a BMI >= 40, which is 294 pounds for a 6' tall man, according to the NIH tables. A BMI of 30 indicates 221 pounds for a 6' tall man, according to the same NIH table:

Obviously a BMI of 40 will have greater fatality statistics than a BMI of 30. But are there any fatality metrics by BMI available?
