Teejers, since you believe you know what the state of education is (esp. for the last 4 months), for those of us who don't know, can you explain how you know so much?    Where are you getting your current data?  Do you have data for rural areas, poor areas, upscale areas?  Can you point us to it? Is it being published by the California Department of Education?
