I have an cousin-in-law that was to have a wedding in June 2020. They hoped to move it out by a few months, but realized that wouldn't work either. So I believe they have obtained a marriage license and will hold a wedding in summer 2021.
Loads of small business owners in the wedding industry would tell you their business is way, way down. I am sure there are a few weddings but in many urban areas holding a wedding is a challenge.
In a lot of states a wedding of any size would exceed the meeting number maximums so that's an issue. For many weddings there will be concerns related to air travel, potential interstate quarantine rules, restaurant restrictions and international travel bans.
I know I wouldn't attend a wedding during COVID. Weddings and receptions are rarely that entertaining and include many of the biggest risk factors for this contagious disease.
