The new jobless numbers came out this morning:

The good news is that 1.8 million new jobs were created (or, really, re-filled) and the unemployment rate fell to 10.2%. I think that was better than expected.
The bad news is that the survey covered mid-June to mid-July and most of the gains came in mid-June. By mid-July the hiring had stalled out, consistent with the second wave of infections.
