I don't think it's been mentioned that Zhang played with an injured wrist all week, coach advised her to withdraw before it started. I'm guessing she's even better un-injured.

But the NY Times had a story today about the difficulty of trying to start a pro career at this particular time:

Would this make it more likely that she'll come to Stanford for at least a year?
