Politico has an article about how some European countries are planning to reopen schools.   Many seem disjointed and not particularly safe (masks not required?).  But Denmark's lack of related outbreaks is a promising sign (they required 2 meter distancing,  no masks, 10 or fewer sized groups and handwashing every 90 minutes).
