Tre Martin is looking to transfer.  I wonder how many Pac-12/Big Ten players look to transfer to a school that will have football in the fall (if they do).

Has anyone successfully transferred from the Pac-12 or Big Ten to one of the other conferences that are playing?  Do they become immediately eligible if they can pull this off?  The obvious choice for someone like Tay Martin would be Miss. St., assuming he hasn't had enough of Coach Leach.  But it strikes me as unlikely that a player could still transfer and play this season.  Maybe he's just trying to set himself up for next season.

I’m guessing that if your school drops football , even for a year, you get to transfer without having to wait to play.
