One of my colleagues is a dual Swiss/American national and he is open about wanting to take his kids to Switzerland (my company is based there) if there is an opening.  His wife is an OB/Gyn, so they might have to forgo her career as a doctor, but it sounds like she is sick of it and wants to leave practice as well anyways.

Schools in Switzerland are open.  They are also excellent.  I would consider a transfer myself, certainly once my son graduates from high school.
