It appears that the FDA is going to slow down a bit based on objections from some fairly heavy hitters.

It is certainly too bad that the Mayo Clinic didn't design a "better" trial, because they certainly had a large "N". The FDA has been behaving in a very FDA way lately, and I guess on the whole I think that is a good thing.
