I don't have the original source for this, but it seems at odds with the statement from California.  Without the origional source, I'm not sure I can resolve the discrepancy.

Cal Fire Deputy Chief Jonathan Cox said in last night's briefing that COVID-19 had reduced the number of inmate firefighters at the CZU Lighting Complex fire.  No numbers given.
