Most of the southern/central California NFs are closing indefinitely starting 5pm today. Wow. Don't think that has ever happened. All campgrounds in ALL CA national forests closed. Seems national parks not affected at this point.
Upcoming weather looks like more abnormally hot/ry conditions so this may go on for a while...
