Yesterday I read it was Slater's elbow.

I believe the elbow flexor strain was about a week before the groin strain, reported on 8/14 and 8/22, respectively.

2:35 p.m. update, Yaz was diagnosed with a mild right calf strain.  He will remain on the active roster instead of going on the IL.  Giants aren't sure when he'll play regularly again.  Luis B
