That was almost two weeks ago now. I am pretty confident Halloween neighborhood or mall trick or treating won't happen in most of the CA coastal counties. Besides how many grandparent types are going to open their doors to greet COVID19...errrr....the kids with COVID19?

FWIW - If you don't like a CDC recommendation just give it a day or two. By then a certain guy in DC will have time to demand a revision a bit more consistent with his view of the situation.
