According to Volleytalk what Plummer will receive in Japan:

400k$ signing bonus
apt, driver, translator, food, driver, trainer
round trip tickets home 2x/for family 6x
$3300 per match/up to $1800 per match from gameday sponsor
Team and individual performance bonuses available hair and bluer eyes and at 6'7... you get the idea)

That's crazy for someone basically without a professional track record.  I'm a big fan of Plummer, but honestly her passing is not anywhere near a top professional level.  It only makes sense to me is if it is a multi-year deal.

Are multi-year contracts ever done? Logan Tom played for 18 clubs in 18 years. [https://women.volleybox.net/logan-tom-p1774/clubs]
