Not sure how Stanford comes out looking good on this one. If he does great it seems the Pirate gets the credit. If he does poorly it will be a reflection on Stanford and Shaw. 

This was written by an LSU beat writer (whose SEC bias couldn't be more blatant...good god, for real?).

If KJ does poorly, it will be a reflection on KJ not being the stud people thought he was. Or how unfit he is for Leach's quick-release system. I fail to see how that reflects on Stanford and Shaw when we're going with a better QB causing KJ to leave.

Maybe you're right. Maybe it will be the second time three years that a formerly starting QB under Shaw transferred to an SEC team and underperformed? Who knows? We will find out soon.
