I'm not following. Meeks had two picks, okay, but Wazzu misses a chip shot field goal as time expires that would have won it. . . .

Isn't that the definition of "Coug'n it"?  It wasn't just Meeks, of course, and a big part of it was the kicker, but Meeks did have the interception with 3:27 left and WSU ahead by 1 with possession.  With a few first downs and a competent running game, Washington State could have won the game without Stanford ever getting the ball back.

I was just pointing out that WSU did "Coug it" against Stanford.
