Some great baseball is played on the JC level. Kids play balls out hoping to get a D! look or a scout interested. CCSF used to be excellent with a bunch of City kids who couldn't get into State or USF. I watched some JC ball when my nephew was the state POY for the school up in Quincy. There are some great HS leagues in the area and Sacramento. Pure baseball there except for the occasional kid who preens.

You might have fun watching a few innings Lex. As long as you have a coach with the balls to keep the parents at bay it can be fun.
