Keep in mind that anyone who comes in contact with Trump is tested daily. It would be highly unlikely for Hicks to test positive (for the first time) yesterday, infect the President, and for the President to already have a positive test. Remember, the incubation period is 3 - 14 days.
Lots of caveats, of course (Hicks was a false negative before yesterday, a third person infected both Trump and Hicks some time before that, etc.), but I think it's unlikely that the President is sitting on a positive test.
