Given daily testing of Trump and presumably those around him, there ought to be some decent evidence of source of infection and how quickly the disease was detected, and then how long until symptoms showed up.

Trump and wife announced positive about 12 hours before we're seeing reports of mild symptoms.  To me, that seems odd, unless the testing wasn't daily or there were false negatives.  But, it is possible the test only shows positive after you are contagious, and they were on the short end of the duration from contagious to symptomatic.

It was reported on a few sites that sometime (recently?) the press secretary claimed that Trump was the most tested person in the country (world?) even implying multiple tests a day.  Later that day, when asked about being tested, Trump responded that he was tested a lot.  Maybe once every 2 or few days.

I'm not sure when this sequence of events happened, but if recently, that would point to more gaps in the timeline for the virus to jump in.
