This is evidence that he is too unwell to send his own Tweets. 

Hard to imagine the line "We will get through this together" was typed by Trump.

He hasn't tweeted in hours.   That is particularly odd. 

No matter what happens from here, he will no longer be able to say COVID19 is basically just the flu any more.

As long as he is in Walter Reed the news coverage will focus on his health and the deadly potential of COVID19.   I can only imagine President Trump didn't want to get on his copter given the optics, so it is significant that he will be making this trip.
