This seems rather irresponsible on Barr's part.  I mean, he's indoors with a bunch of people who have tested positive.

In a CNN article,  the reason given by the Justice Department was that he had tested negative on Friday. 

Seems many in the White House still put a lot of faith in a negative test. 

Hopefully there's at least physical distancing and masking even if no quarantine.
