There is really no reason Barr shouldn't quarantine. He is a lawyer working in a law office. Granted, it is a Federal office, but the fact remains there are few if any things he needs to do that he can't do remotely. Tons of lawyers have been doing that and many are saying they are more productive that way. OK, it may be unnecessary, but as many have pointed out, just because Barr is negative today doesn't mean he will be tomorrow. Ten days or so of working from home won't hurt him or the nation one bit.
