Doctors reported today that they started him on dexamethasone yesterday, but also that he is doing well and could be discharged as early as tomorrow. He also yesterday desaturated to 93%. And maybe into the 80's at some point? Story not really straight. Conley clearly obfuscating.

On the one hand, he is on three different therapeutics. Dex makes sense, if he's actually sick. Probably wouldn't start it if he wasn't. Will probably make him feel a little loopy. On the other hand he is getting much better and they could discharge tomorrow?

They also mentioned there are "expected findings" on imaging (Conley didn't specify CT or Xray).

Wish we could get a better picture of what's going on. Keep your eyes on the Twitter feed I think.

Here's my takeaway- the president is now receiving pretty much every weapon in the arsenal, even those which have been shown to potentially worsen outcomes in mild cases (dex) and those which are experimental.

He has required supplemental oxygen two of the past two days.

He had a CT scan which was not normal (I'm guessing a CT since Walter Reed shut down for a patient transport last night, and an Xray they could have done portably in his suite).

All the other fluff is intended for POTUS. At least the implication is he's healthy enough to be watching the briefing.
