I wonder if this is the White House logic that if you don't test people, you won't find cases.

Well, if the president infected you with Covid, if they never investigate, who knows. Maybe, like a miracle, you just contracted it out of nowhere.

I am not at all surprised they are not contact tracing. They’re not because they already known who the super spreader was. Why take responsibility? Why warn people even though it could save their lives?
