You would think. And the opening question of the VP debate, to Harris, was essentially "What would you have done differently?" It was the perfect opportunity to eviscerate Trump and Pence on their COVID efforts by explaining what Biden and Harris would have done differently.
But she didn't.
She spent her two minutes castigating Trump and Pence for sure, and it was well deserved. But other than initiating contact tracing sooner, she literally didn't offer a single thing that Biden/Harris would have done differently, not even "respond earlier." Very disappointing.
