FWIW, San Mateo County public health complained in the early summer that analysis of this type was not possible for them to do, blaming lack of personnel and lack of expertise. SMC said that the State, to whom all this data must be reported by law, normally did this type of analysis but has not done so. I would assume that SCC, although possibly better resourced, is in the same boat. No point in preparing to do analysis that the State will do for you, unless they don't.
