I work in a high-importance setting where full-time WFH is not particularly feasible. We also have some at-risk higher ups that need to be protected at all costs. As a result, our workplace provides free at-home tests delivered to our doorstep whenever we like. Tests arrive a day after we request them, self-administering it takes 30 seconds, we can drop it in the Fed Ex box, and we get the results back by (usually) the end of the following business day. It's a very efficient process and one that, costs aside, should be rolled out as far and wide as possible.
