What a strange type of "science" that reverses itself depending on who's saying it.

I'm all in favor of politicians — and anybody else — who change their policy because of new or more information. All the "waffling" and "wishy-washy" attacks are the worst of politics when it's about changing a mind for cause. And I'm in favor of any Republican who gets cautious on Covid at this late date ... better late than never.

Is your entire outlook set by the dichotomy of Democrats Good, Republicans Bad, or is it just on Covid?

I'm absolutely and unabashedly taking this opportunity to say my view is regarding Covid, so far, "Democrats Good, Republicans Bad." The facts so far prove that true. And here's hoping that all Republicans change their minds as soon as possible.

I guess it is impossible that someone changed their minds in response to the data? I guess every time the CDC revises it's advice they are inconsistent idiots? Perhaps "trusting" Iowans proved not to be such a good idea when  "security guards verbally abused, punched and even shot and killed trying to enforce mask rules at private businesses?". Yes, the Governor was probably wrong in May. At least she isn't persisting in her error, unlike some other prominent chief executive we know.
