Disturbing new details in alleged plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer reveal their Plan B was to takeover the Michigan capitol building with 200 combatants, who would stage a week-long series of televised executions of public officials.

And some of the charged people are out on bail.  You have to wonder whether that would be true if these were brown people of another faith.

Wonder? They would be in GITMO and have already had their rights to habeas corpus stripped as "enemy combatants."  

What kinds of federal charges have the charged been indicted on so far?
