As far as the contact tracers know, they have nothing in common. MT, you persist in attributing the lack of a known contact chain in SCC to some unknown mystery factor. You could be correct, but the fact so many people are listed as showing no contacts is not credible. I think one has to entertain the idea that they are simply not cooperating. We know from previous statements that cooperation was lacking in San Mateo county. I think it very probable it is a factor in Santa Clara County too.
