It's definitely a challenge for the Huskies -- especially since Mississippi State and Louisville were two of the biggest games on their schedule. They may be in the Big East, but these cancellations just made the game against South Carolina and Baylor significantly more important for building a tournament resume.

I believe that UConn will have a tournament resume if they don't play a game until mid-March.  Indeed, if there is some rule that would prohibit them from playing, I'm sure it will be changed.  If they can play 5 players, they'll be in the tournament.  I think they've earned it.
