In 1986, as usual, I spent my summer in Mexico and went to a few World Cup games. I got to see Brazil twice, including their elimination vs. France. I also got to see the semi final match between Germany and France (Brazil would have won easily if France had played them like they played vs. Germany).

Of course, Germany went on to play Diego and Argentina in the final, where the Hand of God and the best-ever world cup goal took place.

Pele or Maradona was always the argument of who is the greatest soccer player of all time (Pele for me).
