It was announced before likely travel by San Diego. You'd have to have an exemption for the game and for hotel stay. I doubt it.
The San Diego site (and twitter & facebook) has no mention of a Stanford game (as of Sunday 2:30PM). Stanford's site still lists it, with no cancellation.
I tend to agree with that, but I still see the game scheduled on a number of websites. Those sites may not have the latest information.

A definitive decision had to be made by Stanford by Saturday at the very latest. With no specific announcement, why the mysterious cone of silence around the cancellation?
