I guess she must belong to a faith that must be practiced with others and not from her home. Must not have considered her husband's pre-existing condition either.
I do wonder what religion it must be. Most Christians would be familiar with Matthew 18:20: "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." No need to risk her or hubbies life. For that matter, there's the well known command to love thy neighbor. Insisting on spreading the virus does not show much love for neighbors.
It's truly sad, and stories like this are everywhere. On one hand, I thought from her first tweet she was one of those who believed COVID-19 wasn't a big deal. I heard the same argument from my brother (a Trump supporter) who said he wasn't going to live scared, and then actually went to visit my elderly mother days after he had symptoms. But the second tweet from the woman indicates she realizes it's dangerous at least for a subset of the population. So I think she just didn't believe the virus was around or was a hoax. Whatever the case, this is going to be a very bad winter for the country and I don't see a way around it given people's attitudes.
