Sorry if I missed it, but where is the Football team right now, and are they still planning to play Washington this weekend and the Beavers the next (presumably in Corvallis)?

How to they get around the SSC rule quoted above about not being permitted to leave the country for this purpose?  (As an aside, I'm not entirely sure a CA county has the power to impose/enforce that rule, even in a pandemic, but presume Stanford would want to honor the good intentions of the law.)

Any collegiate or professional athletic team or program that travels outside the County to engage in athletic activity prohibited in the County is prohibited from engaging in further athletic activity within Santa Clara County during this time period.

As I read that, they can travel abroad and engage in athletic activity, they just can't come back and engage in athletic activity in Santa Clara county.  My understanding is that they are going to go (or are in) Washington this week, and then will play next week at Oregon State.  Thankfully, fall quarter is over, so there is no conflict with school.

My concern is that case counts in Washington and Oregon are actually higher than in Santa Clara county.
