As I read that, they can travel abroad and engage in athletic activity, they just can't come back and engage in athletic activity in Santa Clara county. My understanding is that they are going to go (or are in) Washington this week, and then will play next week at Oregon State. Thankfully, fall quarter is over, so there is no conflict with school.
