In the WBB games I have watched on TV some bench players wear masks and some don't.  Some starters when out of the game wear masks, most don't.  Is there a mandatory rule by the NCAA or Stanford to wear a mask if not playing.  I will pay more attention to this when watching games.

I think MT was referring to local county guidelines but I'm not positive.

Meanwhile, NC State up on South Carolina 36-33 after three quarters.  I still think South Carolina is the favorite this year, but it is nice to know they are not as strong as I thought.  Go Tar Heels!

With the caveat that perhaps this was an intended gaffe, in which case i stepped right into it,  but NC State is the red S of the East. (Though looks like they've inlaid an N and a C into the S since I last looked (last century). Guess they didn't want to be mistaken for us).  Definitely not powder blue. =)
