Between Moderna itself and Lonza (manufacturing on behalf of Moderna), they are looking at 400 million doses of vaccine a year, of which 100 million are committed to the US, 100 million to the EU, and 50 million each to Canada and Japan.

The game changer would be approval of one of the antigen-based or viral vector vaccines.  Then manufacturing will be into the billions.
