I happen to agree that Stanford dumped those sports for "social justice" reasons and not due to money or Title IX or anything else.  That's why Bernard continually says "those sports aren't coming back even if they can generate sufficient funding."  
If that is the case, then Stanford should come correct about it - why try to hide it?

P.S.  And Mick, you're forgetting about the institutional racism that is worse on campus than in the rest of society (as at least one poster here posited).
