Is there any discussion that lingering concussion effects or post-concussion syndrome was a factor in Sam Wopat's passing?

None that I know about.  I heard from a number of sources she was battling demons in her mind from early in her high school days.   In her final days Sam was extremely anorexic.  There was criticism of the Stanford coaching staff that they should have intervened.  Easy to criticize after the fact.  

It was such a tragic event for her twin sister Carly to find Sam in Sam's closet.  Everyone expected Carly to take an extended leave of absence but she managed to hold things together.
