Will the Rose Bowl allow its name with the semifinal in Dallas? It is not exactly like the game played in Durham?

I assume the 3 parties are going to have to come to a financial settlement. In this scenario, does the Rose Bowl owe any money or does it receive some money from CFP and Capital One for allowing the game to be moved?
