It’s a T to hang on the rim unless there is a player on the ground below you

No question, but how much time constitutes “hanging” on the rim is inconsistently applied.  On his first T a while ago, Ziaire did a mini pull up. I didn’t have an objection to t’ing him up, though the announcers thought it was a bit tricky tacky.  This one, he didn’t pull up, and hung for less time. I don’t object to the technical, but not calling it would have been well within norms.

Hope Ziaire learns his lesson and this is the last one.
