Typical unfortunately for this game. We've had 19 fouls called against us compared to their 9 and we've just had 2 FT opportunities compared to their 21.
Rough game but we won. Started off strong and then completely took the foot off the gas pedal. The free throw disparity is so hard to understand as Fran is getting hacked all game long on the inside and yet the refs swallow their whistle. And ASU just has to dribble towards the hoop and they get rewarded with free throws.
The Good: Belibi showed she can put the team on her back and win a game. Williams manufacturing points when the team really needed her.
The Bad: So many turnovers. And many of them were seemingly unforced. Passes out of reach of the receiving player, traveling, palming the ball. And rough rough three point shooting. Lexie and Williams go 2 for 14 from the 3 point line
Also shows the importance of Brink who coming into this game was our second leading scorer.
