Yeah, even before hiring a new conference CEO, the P12 presidents need to decide what to do with the P12 Network. Keep it and continue to invest? Disband it? Seek a partner or partners? The conference would not be negotiating from a position of strength. P12 football does not draw well on tv and I don't know how attractive the overall reach would be to a media partner. And a partner or partners would almost certainly not televise all of the non-football/basketball sports that we value so much.

One easy decision - eliminate the regional P12 networks.
